Performance was established in November of 2000. The Holdings group founded by its Chairman Massimo Barone and President Paolo Continelli was created to develop and implement key relations with channel partners in markets of significant interest, and to deploy small to medium business services with simple logistical fulfillment.

        In the US market Perfomance has a majority interest in Smart Card Marketing Inc (SMKG-PINK) a Delaware corporation. Smart Card managed by its President Bruce Baillio has developed a presence in loyalty and prepaid card management via its smart card internet platform.

        It is our business knowledge and immediate implementation skills that allows us to be first to market in the financial sector and benefit from channel partner integration, which under regular conditions could not be possible for smaller companies to attain.
